We are taking Yoga beyond asana ( poses ) and off the Yoga mat.

Yoga mat is replaced by moss and the path to the eruption is a walking meditation

( intention setting is encouraged and journal will be provided).

Practice of Yoga asana by the eruption will be inspired by the environment and power of nature - fire, Earth, transformation…

Course Details

This is a full day of inner and outer exploration!

There are 20 spots available, sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.

We meet at 10.00 by the trail-head by P2. Saturday 5th of August.

Everyone is required to provide their own transport to P2 Site. (Make sure to pay for parking with the Parka app)

The hike is around 2-2,5 hours each way. The first part of the hike will be silent and reflective where journaling is encouraged. After that we will take a break and go through our intentions for the journey.

Foraged tea, provided by the environment.

Upon arrival we will perform approximately 1 hour of yoga asana directed by Klara.

After that we will explore the area for approximately 1-2 hours before heading back.

What to bring

The hike is very long so make sure to wear suitable clothes, including sturdy shoes/boots with ankle support.

Drinks and food for the entire journey.

Blanket for performing asanas/exercises.
